ERSD centrifugal spray dryer is a new type of spray dryer developed by Zhiheng Dry for Chinese medicine, food and other materials with strong heat sensitivity, poor drying, low softening point, strong hygroscopicity and poor fluidity. The spray tower is equipped with a material anti-return system, a cold air jacket system, an air sweep device and the like. The volute of the air inlet is specially designed by our company for the pharmaceutical food industry and meets GMP requirements.

Characteristics

1) Specially dry traditional Chinese medicine, food and other materials with strong heat sensitivity, low softening point and strong hygroscopicity;

2) The unique dry volute design is fully compliant with the new GMP requirements;

3) Add a cold air system to avoid the coking of the undried droplets after atomization;
